Enhancements are techniques and special equipment that our therapists have been specially trained to utilize in order to elevate your massage experience by allowing a deeper level of healing and release.

  • Also known as GUA SHA or IASTM, is a superficial technique in massage therapy where a smooth-edged instrument is used to apply pressure and scrape the skin, promoting circulation and relieving muscle tension. This method helps to break down scar tissue, fascia, and adhesion, enhancing overall mobility and reducing pain.

    Scraping + $10

  • A less-invasive, deep-tissue technique that involves placing cups on the skin to create suction, which helps increase blood flow and reduce muscle tension. This technique can also help alleviate pain and inflammation while providing targeted muscle recovery.

    Cupping + $10

  • Applications can help by reducing inflammation, easing muscle pain, and promoting relaxation. When applied topically, CBD interacts with the body's endocannabinoid system to provide localized relief by suppressing pain signals and enhancing the overall therapeutic effects of the massage.
